Attention everyone who has a BODY! This workshop is for anyone and everyone who wants to improve their performance or just feel better! Learn the proper and powerful techniques of Yoga Tune-Up® myofascial self massage with instructor Shannon Schafer.
Shannon has two years of study and practice after being inspired by a workshop with the creator of the Tune-Up® therapy balls, Jill Miller. Learn how these amazing balls can be used to release tight muscles, treat chronic pain, gain range of movement, address postural habits, and decrease stress.
