Kick off the summer reading program with a free children's concert by Uncle Wayne and the Howling Dog Band. Uncle Wayne is a children's entertainer and has performed throughout the state of Hawaii. Salt Lake-Moanalua Public Library is excited to start our summer reading program with this concert perfect for children and their families.
