Yoga, Council & Hawaiian Cultural Practices with Molly Masaoka, Heather Heintz, and Kanani Aton
Join us for 3 days and 2 nights in Kalopa Native Forest State Park, 40 miles Northwest of Hilo. This unique yoga retreat will focus on connection with body, community and place through yoga, council practice, and cultural and historical experience in nature.
Including in Retreat:
– 2 nights accommodations in Kalopa Cabins
– Daily asana practice
– Council Practice
– Guided instruction on the cultural and natural history of the area, as well as traditional lei making instruction with Hawaiian cultural practitioner, Kanani Aton
