Legal Aid Society: Landlord & Tenant Issues

Sponsored by Friends of the Libraries, Kona, this is a free informational seminar presented by the Legal Aid Society of Hawai'i Staff Attorney Charlie McCreary.

The presentation will focus on the laws that govern landlord/tenant relationships. There will be a discussion of some common issues that arise between landlords and tenants, the rights of each party when these issues arise, and how these issues are addressed under the law.

There will also be time for questions about general information related to the landlord-tenant code.
