Maestro JoAnn Falletta returns to conduct, “Ocean Dreams”, a beautiful Halekulani Masterworks program with a conservationist heart. The talented violinist, JinJoo Cho will lend her considerable talent to the program that includes: Zemlinsky's “The Little Mermaid”, Mendelssohn's Violin Concerto, and Anders Paulsson's “Kumulipo Reflections”. The latter will enjoy its world premiere with the HSO and is based on the Hawaiian Creation Chant. This is a one-of-a-kind concert that you won't want to miss.
