In this interactive class series you will learn some signs and symptoms that may indicate an allergy or tollerance to gluten, how to cook delicious gluten free meals, read labels, and “code words” for gluten, and types of medications and products that may contain gluten. Participate in a store tour and learn where the gluten free items can be found!
