Haunted Halloween (Young Adult Cosplay Contest)

Teens 12 to 18 years old are invited to dress as their favorite manga, anime, TV or movie characters. The Library will have prizes for the best costumes, treats for all teens, and a theme backdrop for photos. There will be a mummy-wrapping contest, superhero mask-making, an Instagram contest, and maybe even a spooky story or two!
