At the Hawaiian Cultural Centre of Hamakua.
Haven't tried Zumba with me yet? Come! It's so much fun and a great workout. Suitable for ALL fitness levels, ages, shapes and sizes. No previous experience necessary. Just the desire to have a great time while boosting the good health of your body, mind and soul.
Offering a FREE CLASS to my current crew and anyone else who fancies giving it a whirl on Monday 23rd Oct. Class starts at 6pm. Bring water in a reusable water-bottle please. We do not support or encourage single-use plastic.
