Chocolate Tasting Workshop

Join us to learn how to really TASTE chocolate! We will go through all the steps of tasting chocolate and how to finetune your palate, while tasting an assortment of chocolates. We will discuss the process of tree-to-bar chocolate and cacao around the world. Get tips on buying chocolate and how to separate the good chocolate from the bad.
