Blue Zones Project

Join the movement that’s making healthy choices easier across the state!

Kirstin Kahaloa, Blue Zones Community Engagement Lead for West Hawaii, presents the Blue Zones Project, an HMSA supported program, with the goal of transforming communities in Hawaii to live healthier and happier lives. The discussion includes information about the project, how to get involved, and what it means for you and your community.

Program schedule is subject to change. Contact the library at least 15 days in advance to request a sign language interpreter or if special accommodations are needed.
