An Ocean of Plastic: A Seminar with Andy Collins

The Hilo Public Library will be hosting a seminar with Andy Collins, NOAA Education Coordinator for Papahānaumokuākea. He will discuss how plastics are affecting the ecology of the Hawaiian Islands.
