The Waianae Public Library will begin offering Toddler Time on Tuesdays at 10:30. Infants, toddlers, and their caregivers will enjoy books, songs, and activities based on early literacy research and the Every Child Ready to Read Program. The first session is on August 16, 2016. Program will run from August-November, 2016.
