Taichi for Daily Life

Taichi instructor, Dr. Greg Yuen, will discuss and demonstrate 20 simple exercises to cultivate chi. Benefits can include stress reduction, muscle relaxation, mental tranquility, and improved vitality and well-being.
You will be able to follow along with the exercises. The program is suitable for ages 18 and older.
