Machine Sewing

Get ready for some spring reading by learning how to sew a simple Asian inspired tote bag. When you are done you will have a nifty bag to borrow as many books as you want. Participants may bring your own fabric (2 yards) or use the available scraps that the library will provide (while supplies last).
Requires basic hand sewing and sewing machine knowledge. Children must be assisted by a parent or guardian. Program is suitable for ages 12 and up, space is limited so please RSVP to reserve your spot.
