Huliau Youth Environmental Film Festival hana hou showings

We would like to thank the more than 250 people who came out to ʻĪao Theater on June 4th to celebrate our 6th year of student films! For those of you who missed out we are doing our second showing a little different this year. Our longest film, Fields of Change, about the possible future uses of the sugarcane lands will be shown immediately following the next Haleakalā Chapter meeting of the Hawaiʻi Farmers Union United on Tuesday June 28th at 8:30pm at the Haʻikū Community Center. Our other 7 student films will be shown behind POME in Pāʻia at 151 Hana Hwy from 7:30-9pm on June 30th.
