Andrea Bertoli is a vegan chef that taught the Down to Earth cooking classes on Oahu and Maui for over four years, is the co-editor and food writer for EatDrinkBetter, and she's recently released her first cookbook, Gettin' Saucy: 38 Recipes to Make your Meals Sassier and Saucier. She's passionate about sustainability, leafy greens, cooking, and surfing, and currently lives between Honolulu and San Francisco.

In the event of cancellation (3 days before event) everyone who signed up will be notified by email and phone. Walk-ins are welcome, however it's a good idea to call us to make sure event is still on
