Guided Meditation: A free workshop with Swraj Karre

Swraj Karre will be presenting a guided meditation workshop on what he considers an extremely powerful day. Although the total solar eclipse of August 21 will not be visible from Maui, Swraj says the effects will be felt worldwide.

Guided meditation is meditation with the help of a guide. It is one of the easiest ways to enter into a state of deep relaxation and inner stillness. During this free 90-minute workshop Swraj will serve as a guide to help participants sow the seeds of power, peace, and inner stillness.

Participants are encouraged to bring a yoga mat or cushion to sit on.
