Dig Less; Yield More: Gardening with Hugelkultur Garden Beds

Join TGH instructor, Mike Davis, to learn how to build a superior garden bed. Hugelkultur are no-dig garden beds that help retain moisture, builds fertility, and offers more growing space than the typical garden bed. Mike Davis earned his Permaculture Design Certificate in 2011 and has been practicing his trade in Edible landscapes since. Mike participates heavily in the ‘Hui” of PermablitzHI, a grassroots network that focuses on securing Hawaii's food through edible landscaping.
