6:00pm-6:55pm Chakra Exploration Workshop
Elisha Starr will guide participants through a general overview of the chakra system and what each chakra represents. Learn how these energy centers relate to both your physical and subtle body….and how they impact your life! The workshop will conclude with identifying your blocked chakras, and setting intentions for healing and growth.

7pm-8:30pm
A”Buti Glo” class is much like your typical Buti Yoga class (as if there is anything typical about Buti), but it is held under black lights. Black light latex body paint will be provided for participants. Co-taught by Elisha Starr and Donna Matthews it will definitely be a fun, sexy, and sweaty class

Please bring plenty of H2O, a towel, and any snack you wish to share after class. Chocolate will be provided
