Meet the bestselling author of “The Vanquished,” the latest thriller featuring Bruno Johnson, a former L.A. Sheriff’s officer and an ex-con. During his law enforcement career, author “Deputy Dave” Putnam worked primarily in California on teams for Patrol, Investigations, SWAT, Narcotics (street level and majors), Violent Crimes, Criminal Intelligence, Internal Affairs and the Detective Bureau. Mr. Putnam will be discussing his vast experience in law enforcement, what led him to become a writer, and what it’s like to be a writer today.
