The workshop will be conducted by Sky Kombucha, the local brewer who provides the Kombucha on tap at all our Oahu stores. You'll learn the techniques necessary to make hommade kombucha from scratch! Kombucha is an ancient recipe from China that ferments tea into a living effervescent concoction of probiotics, digestive enzymes, amino acids, and vitamins.
