Tai Chi for Daily Life/ Dr. Greg Yuen

Join Wahiawa Public Library as Dr. Greg Yuen presents a special program for Seniors and people of all ages on “Tai Chi for Daily Life.” This program will focus on wellness and good living using Tai Chi as a technique for having a great quality of life. Participants will learn how to do basic techniques and movements, while clearing the mind and focusing energy.
