DESCRIPTION:Kalani Ecstatic Dance is a conscious\, non-verbal celebration of life and movement in our open-air\, oceanfront space. \nJoin us each week for a community dance experience\, Sunday morning “spirit time\,” and focused\, compassionate presenters. This week's musical experience will be facilitated by Totem! \nKalani Ecstatic Dance is for adults age 18 and older. If you’d like to join us for lunch at Kalani\, meal tickets are available for purchase at Guest Services and Hale Aloha. \nArrival set: 10:30 to 11:00 AM\nOpening Circle: 11:00 AM\nClosing Circle:12:30 PM \nAdmission: $10 Kama’āina\, $15 Guests – gratefully accepted at the door. \nLocation: Kalani. 12-6860 Kalapana Kapoho Road\, Pahoa\, HI 96778 \nGuidelines:\n– Move however you wish.\n– Refrain from verbal communication in the space.\n– Refrain from drug and alcohol use in the space.\n– Refrain from photos\, video\, and shoes and scents.\n– Observe respect for self and one another’s space.\n– Use sensitivity when engaging with one another \nNote: For safety and liability reasons\, we are not able to accommodate children at Ecstatic Dance. If you do bring a child\, that child must be accompanied by an adult at all times outside the dance space. \nWe’re now in the middle of busy season and attendance numbers for Ecstatic Dance are maxing out! As a result we’re running out of space in the EMAX parking lot to accommodate the number of people joining us to experience Ecstatic Dance each Sunday. Parking along Kalapana-Kapoho Road is not permitted if you’re attending an event on Kalani property so please park in the designated areas and follow the instructions of our parking attendants. His blending mastery formed the basis of the original People's Theatre Ecstatic in the early 2000's\, as well as Ecstatic Dance at Kalanihonua since it began in the 90's.  Sky is a gifted facilitator with the sacred rhythms of dance\, and has been a Big Island favorite of ours for many years. \nKnown for perfectly seamless transitions with an impeccable choice of songs for invoking movement\, emotional\, mental\, and physical\, he ignores the boundaries of genres and blends music across a wide spectrum.
