This is an All Ages accompanied by an Adult event. \nSince their formation in 2003\, Ocala\, Florida’s A Day To Remember have grown from a small band with a dedicated local fan-base into a worldwide phenomenon\, gaining the respect and adoration from their peers as much as their fans. A new decade was rung in with a possibility that guitars gone into overload might become pop music. ‘Chelsea Girl’ went to Number 71. In those days\, for an independently released debut\, with next to no radio airplay\, this was a result. Creation had never slipped inside the Top 75  before. There hadn’t been such a buzz about a UK group in eons. \n2001 saw the release of the re-mastered catalogue albums from the original analogue tapes\, “OX4 – The Best Of Ride”; a timely reminder of just how brilliant\, how different\, how influential\, and how fundamental they were to what has since followed. DESCRIPTION:Join Kristen tomorrow as she subs for Colee Garr while she is on the West side teaching at a renowned medical conference. Kristen will be offering a Dharma Yoga style practice. Dharma Yoga was created by Yogi Sri Dharma Mittra who has been called the “Rock of Yoga\,” and a living sage by countless people whose lives have been changed from being in the presence of this living master. Dharma Mittra opened his first yoga school in NYC in 1974 and continues to offer daily classes there today at the age of 76. Dharma yoga is based on the eightfold path of Raja (Royal) Yoga with a strong emphasis on every limb! Kristen has been incredibly blessed to study with Dharma and completed her 500 hour training with him in 2011. She continues to study with him whenever possible and is humbled to be able to offer the teachings passed down to her from her beloved teacher. In this practice you will be led through a lovingly challenging flow based\, full spectrum practice that encompasses every category of asana (physical postures). There will also be an emphasis on pranayama\, mantra\, and meditation. Come ready to sweat your prayers and offer it all up! Drop-in $15

Anthony Chrisco BS\, ACE\, NASM PES\,  is co-owner of Your Body is Waiting LLC\, and a Founding Member of the Fascia Research Society. He will be demonstrating his patent-pending Fascianator roller which is designed to help people maintain optimal functioning of their fascia. He will teach students firsthand how to use Fascianator rollers. These will be provided for the class and will be available to purchase for $50.
