DESCRIPTION:Fascia is dense\, tough tissue that surrounds muscles and bones. Fascia can be released through 3 main processes: compression\, stretching\, and twisting. Myofascial release utilizes compression while Yin yoga uses supported yoga poses to stretch and twist the fascia. Releasing fascia can improve mobility\, reduce tension and pressure in the musculoskeletal system\, decrease pain\, and improve circulation. Please bring 2 tennis balls. Extra balls will be available for use at the studio. No yoga experience is necessary.
