An eclectic background of biomedical sciences at the University of Northern British Columbia\, theatre and art at New Mexico State University\, music and spirituality complements her extensive study with master yogis around the world. With 9+ years of teaching experience across Asia and North America\, she is known for her interactive\, heart-opening and refreshingly honest style of teaching. In class\, she channels an inspired mix of poetry\, philosophy\, power and play with a deep reverence for her teachers and love for her students. \n“Sufey’s classes are a divine experience. That’s the only way I can describe it— I felt like she takes me really deep into my own inner joy\, which is such a gift. I feel really free in her class. There are no expectations of me\, I can express myself in whatever way I needed to. To create that space as a teacher is healing for the planet. I thank Sufey for her gift of pure shining light with no reservations. She’s totally courageous in her teaching style. She’s a courageous person.” — Hanna Leigh · Maui\, Hawaii \nAllowah Lani (E-RYT 200) is the visionary behind Yoga University\, an international school for advanced yoga studies. He is passionate about a universal education experience that addresses the whole person: physically\, mentally\, emotionally\, spiritually. As an undergraduate and graduate student at the University of Pennsylvania\, he studied Philosophy and Religion. Yet it was Yoga that offered him the answers he was seeking. For many years\, he traveled throughout India\, Israel and America to study with contemporary Hatha Yoga legends. Now 18 years into his yoga journey\, he skillfully bridges the gap between the East and the West in a down-to-earth\, accessible and fun way. \n“As a yoga teacher and creative musician\, Allowah facilitates my deepening of the physical practice of yoga\, breath\, meditation and beautiful music. Even more profoundly\, Allowah’s open-heart\, loving energy and commitment to the spiritual journey assists me in tapping into love and bliss consciousness on and off the mat.” — Patricia Varley · Naples\, Florida \nॐ BOOK TODAY \nTo learn more\, please email smile@sufey.org or call 6048805891.\nAloha and Namaste!
