Following the walk we’ll travel to our worksite and join a volunteer from the Mauna Kea Forest Restoration Project for a deli style lunch in the forest. After lunch its off to work with your Restoration Project volunteer\, collecting precious Mamane seeds or planting trees that will help to re-establish the endangered Palila’s habitat.
