SUMMARY:Minimalism Movie Screening & Discussion with Amanda Webster
DESCRIPTION:The documentary\, Minimalism\, provides non-ascetic ways to simplify\, prioritize and live more consciously. Join as as we watch and discuss the impacts these changes can have on our lives. \nIf our yoga practice is aimed at establishing wakefulness in mind\, body and breath\, how can we reflect this awakened state in our daily life?
