DESCRIPTION:Sunday\, September 24th from 1-3pm\nSunday\, October 29th from 1-3pm\nSunday\, December 3rd from 1-3pm\nRaja Yoga workshops incorporate all eight limbs of yoga; perfect for the intermediate or long-term yoga practitioner to explore the depths of yoga that normal weekly practices hint at but rarely reveal. These practices will begin with structured asana and flow sequences\, segue into restorative yoga\, and then finish with pranayama and meditation. Each class will incorporate a theme and teachings from classic yogic texts\, Ayurveda or mindfulness readings. Hands-on adjustments will be offered to participants who want them. This is Amanda's favorite type of practice and she is looking forward to offering these classes at Yoga Centered!
