SUMMARY:Weekend Exploration Workshop with Chuck Miller
DESCRIPTION:December 19th &20th\, 12:30-3:30pm\n$60 per class\, or $99 for whole weekend\nChuck Miller is a lifelong student of yoga. His humility\, authenticity and ability to recognize and teach “sama”‘or the sameness that exists everywhere\, continues to inform his practice and teaching. One of the greatest yogis of our time\, Yoga Centered is honored and blessed to host him. \nChuck remembers being called to yoga from the 4th grade! His journey would continue\, beginning his meditation practice at 17 and learning asana and pranayama from Light on Yoga. He found himself fascinated and intrigued with the book and was amazed that someone had studied with this man (Patabhi Jois). In 1980 he met and began his studies with Patabhi Jois. He began teaching Ashtanga yoga in 1988 and co-founded world renoun yoga school: Yoga Works with Maty Ezraty. In 2005 he relocated to the Big Island. Today he travels the world sharing his knowledge and gifts with humility and grace. Chuck asks us to “slow down” and see what's “driving us.”

Children must be accompanied by a parent or caregiver.  Seating is limited and available on a first-come\, first-serve basis.  Free snacks will be provided while supplies last.
