SUMMARY:A Plastic Ocean: Movie Screening & Discussion w/ Amanda Webster
DESCRIPTION:Join us for a screening of ‘A Plastic Ocean'\, demonstrating humans’ impact on the environment and suggesting what we can do to reduce the harm we inflict. \nIf our yoga practice is aimed at establishing wakefulness in mind\, body and breath\, how can we reflect this awakened state in our daily life? This is a question that is always on my mind and in my heart; it is something I hope to embody while teaching and living. These documentaries provide examples of mindful living\, and examples of increasing awareness in regards to “living your yoga”. \nBy donation. Feel free to bring snacks and non-alcoholic drinks.
