The class holds a variety of levels so everyone can adjust to there comfort level. It is your workout! You can modify moves such as a squat or a basic crunch. \n* During this class we are working on being very body conscious and developing body awareness. You will leave this class feeling a great endorphin high as well as strong power legs and core. \nThe Basics: We start class with a warm-up\, and then move into ISOMETRIC HOLDS\, PULSES\, SMALL RANGE MOVEMENTS\, and LARGE DYNAMIC MOVEMENTS. This is key into building strong and powerful muscles. During all these movements and exercises we are keeping body conscious and working on alignment as a ballerina would. We are always keeping our core strong and held the entire time. Then we move into center for cardio burn! This is the fun part! You push yourself and get sweaty. We then finish the second half of class with yoga and pilates. \n* Barre has body and mind benefits. This workout builds toned muscles\, increases metabolism\, and helps your alignment and posture through everyday life. You will be a complete athlete with grace! \nI guarantee you will leave this class feeling energized and less stressed\, plus a great barre booty!

SUMMARY:BAMP Project Presents: Pepper
DESCRIPTION:BAMP Project Presents: Pepper\nOhana: The Hawaiian word for family\, which is used to convey the sense of togetherness that transcends blood ties. \nFor Pepper paying homage to their roots is essential over a decade into their celebrated career. The Southern California trio\, who formed in 1997 and moved to the mainland from the three musicians’ hometown of Kailua-Kona\, Hawaii in 1999\, know that where they come from should always be infused with the music they create. On Ohana\, the group’s seventh full-length album (4/29/16\, LAW Records)\, Pepper embraces the feelings and sounds that encouraged them to become a band in the first place. \n Over the years\, Pepper has toured extensively with groups like 311\, Slightly Stoopid\, Flogging Molly and Sublime With Rome\, and spent several summers on Warped Tour – and this live sensibility shows on the album\, released on the group’s own LAW Records. The band’s music – both live and on their releases – is really about enjoying life and being grateful for each experience. They want to give their all to every performance and share their passion with their fans and with younger artists. \n“We’re still growing a lot\,” Bret says. “Our live show continues to improve and evolve and we always give it our all onstage. We have so much fun playing\, even all these years later. And we’ve gotten to work and tour with so many different artists. We’ve learned a lot from them. Everything we do is done from love. We feel good to all be sitting at a table\, laughing\, twenty years later. It’s the three of us\, just like when we were kids. Because we were together long before we were a band and we’re still such good friends. We can’t stop doing this and we don’t want to ever stop enjoying it.” \nDetails on the Show:\nWhere: The Republik\, 1349 Kapiolani Blvd 3rd Floor\, Honolulu\, HI 96814\nWhen: December 1\, 2017\nLounge Doors: 6:00pm (21 and up)\nHall Doors: 7:00pm (All ages accompanied by an adult)\nShow: 8:00pm (All ages accompanied by an adult)\nPrice: $27.00 GA in advance\, $5 increase day of show. \nTickets available to the General Public Friday\, October 13\, 2017 at 10AM HST at:\nBampProject.com / JointheRepublik.com / SeeTickets.us / Local Motion Stores / Navy/Hickam ITT Offices / Army LTS Offices / UH Campus Center / The Republik Box Office Tuesday through Friday 10:00 AM until 6:00 PM with a $2.00 service fee per ticket.
