We then finish the second half of class with yoga and pilates. \n* Barre has body and mind benefits. This workout builds toned muscles\, increases metabolism\, and helps your alignment and posture through everyday life. Muolaulani is a contemporary Hawaiian dance company showcasing hula at its highest art form.
