Can you imagine what Balloon Haiku (balloon animals coming to life with Haiku)\, Storygami (storytelling with Origami)\, & Storytelling with Magic look like? Stories will come together in visual ways\, inviting audience interaction and lots of fun. After the stories\, children get to make a simple magic trick that they can take home to perform. This free 45-minute program is suitable for children in preschool to grade 5. Young children must be accompanied by a parent or adult caregiver. \nSponsored by the Friends of the Library of Hawai‘i\, Hawaii State Federal Credit Union\, Meadow Gold Dairies\, Hawaiian Electric Companies\, HMS Host\, Hansen Distribution Group\, Roberts Hawaii\, Mitsunaga & Associates\, Aloha United Way\, and the Harry and Jeanette Weinberg Foundation.
