SUMMARY:Meditative Coloring
DESCRIPTION:Can you remember the sense of peace and enjoyment you felt while coloring as a child? Can coloring help you relax? \nFrom choosing colors to the gentle\, repetitive motion of your hands as you bring color to paper\, coloring can be seen as a form of “active meditation”. Join us every Saturday for this mellow\, relaxing event. \nProgram schedule is subject to change. Program is suitable for ages 16 and older. All materials will be supplied. Feel free to bring your favorite pencils\, pens\, or pastels. To arrange a sign language interpreter or other special accommodation\, please call the hosting library as soon as possible: 323-7585.
