In the 1.5 hr class\, we will recreate authentic Japanese home cooking— learn how to make okonomiyaki (savory pancake)\, dorayaki (pancakes with red beans)\, and others. Enjoy your creations afterward\, or take them home! \nClasses are taught by skilled instructors who will be traveling from Asia for this event (lesson conducted in English).
